The meaning of Métisse in French is mixed race, which embodies the restaurant and it’s cuisine to perfection. Chef Opel’s approach to the menu is “no boundaries”. He has combined his French Avant-garde gastronomic technique with his childhood memories of spices and salts to create a mesmerising degustation. The degustation has a mixed influence showcasing Chef’s 30 years of gastronomic adventures around the globe.
